Hi!
I am overlaying IFW windows on a space ship, looking for that Chris Foss lots of lit little windows effect.
I can place the lit windows OK, but I am struggling to set the luminosity to 100% for windows that are lit... I have ticked the box to the left of 'luminosity' in the affect panel, but it dows not appear to do anything.
I have the first 2 colours as pure white, they are the only ones ticked.
Any pointers please? |

You have to set alpha1 and alpha2 to the luminousity you want for the windows. Have you done this?

Here's the image I ended up with. I was after a Chris Foss style effect, and the picture is intended as an illustration for the ancient E E Doc Smith space opera, the Lensman series!
As you can see, very heavy use of IFW2 on the spaceship.
